How To Cure Panic Attacks at Home
If you could cure your panic attacks without having to spend a fortune on dangerous medications, who wouldn’t want to? Sure, who wouldn’t? But I know there are many people who either don’t believe that there is anything that can be done about their panic, or they don’t believe a natural cure would be effective.
I’ll be the first to admit that not everything works for everyone. Curing panic attacks isn’t an exact science. In my experiences with panic, I’ve learned that some people have to try multiple options before they find the one that’s right for them. And it’s usually the last option that finally brings some relief.
But that doesn’t mean that a natural cure is impossible, or even hard to come by. It just means that curing panic attacks is all about persistence and occasionally suspending your disbelief to try something you wouldn’t normally think of.

The Steps
Below are three methods for how to cure panic attacks without medication. I encourage you to try all of them (and more) before you assume that you’re doomed to a life of anxiety and panic.
- Self Hypnosis – Whenever I suggest self hypnosis as a way to cure panic attacks people are always skeptical. They assume that their case is just too severe and they’ll never be able to overcome it just by relaxing with a hypnosis CD.It is important to remember, however, that self hypnosis has worked for a great many people. It has a long track record for success, which means it’s at least looking into. The only real problem I’ve had with self hypnosis as an anxiety and panic treatment is that it works best when you are relaxed and receptive to it. If you’re tense, stressed or skeptical it won’t do you much good. Since suffering anxiety makes relaxation pretty difficult at times, this is a little bit of a snag in the system.
- Neuro Linguistic Programming – NLP is a method of creating successful mental patterns by crafting and changing your internal beliefs. If that doesn’t make a lot of sense to you at first, you’re not alone. NLP is better experienced than talked about.NLP is a favorite of mine because some of its techniques have been very helpful in changing some of my own limiting beliefs. When done properly the techniques can help you overcome a lot of negative thoughts. The drawback is that learning NLP isn’t so easily done over the internet or through books. It helps to have a teacher who knows what they’re doing and those tend to be hard to find in many places.
- Panic Away – this is an ebook on curing panic attacks that’s been a bestseller online for the last 7 years. The book is a pretty big resource of information about stopping panic and generalized anxiety disorder without using medication. The thing I have really enjoyed about Panic Away is that it’s like having a manual that you can use to refer back to anytime you’re unsure. Its techniques allow you to basically shorten the time and expense normal therapy would take.Panic Away was what finally worked for me. If you want to learn more about it, you can read my Panic Away Review. It’s a good system for the price and the little time you need to devote to it, so it’s always my best recommendation.
But like I said, it’s important to try everything. Don’t hang your hat on just one treatment because everyone is different. Try everything, even if you’re unsure about it. I know a lot of people complain about the expense of some course or CD’s, but the way I see is that if one of them eventually works, does it matter how much you spent?
To me, just being anxiety free is worth whatever small fortune I could spend on treatments.
Are you still suffering from panic attacks when you don’t have to?
If your answer to the above question is yes, I strongly recommend that you try Panic Away.
